A few things about Sandrine, Founder of The Luberon Concierge

Sandrine grew up on the French Riviera. She studied law in Aix-en-Provence, lived in the French Alps and then moved to London, where she worked as a headhunter in the luxury fashion retail business.

Sandrine later spent a year travelling with her British husband before deciding to settle back in Provence with her family.

"I realised that Provence was where I wanted to spend my life and where I felt at home. And more particularly the Luberon, which we fell in love with for its bohemian atmosphere and its incredible Art de Vivre."

After a few years of organising classical music events in exceptional sites in the heart of the Luberon, she worked as an estate agent until she felt ready to launch The Luberon Concierge.

"My mission is to provide immediate and effective solutions/suggestions.
I know what it feels like to be in a foreign country, and how overwhelming it can be when you don't know the language or the local customs: my role is to ensure that everything goes smoothly and that your experience is stress-free."

The Luberon Concierge is now a close-knit team.

Cathy, our Head of Concierge services, makes sure every personalised service request from our guests is met with excellent reactivity and attention to detail.
Cathy is French with an international background and speaks fluent English, having lived in London for over 20 years. She now splits her time between Copenhagen and the Luberon.
Her unparalleled organisational skills and precision are the secret behind the praise she receives from our clients, who are delighted with the tailor-made experiences she crafts for them. Cathy and Sandrine go way back to their teenage years when they met in Cannes.

Natacha was raised in Provence by a French father and an Australian mother. She recently joined the company’s rental department. Sandrine and Natacha met while studying Law in Aix-en-Provence. With over 20 years of experience as a content editor at Madame Figaro, a leading lifestyle magazine in Paris, Natacha oversees TLC’s online content as well.

Kevin assists Sandrine in caring for our owners’ beautiful homes, overseeing winter management, and handling bookings for the holiday season. Kevin’s professional experiences took him from Sydney to Vancouver before bringing him back to France. His background includes serving as a food and beverage manager at prestigious establishments in the Luberon region and internationally.

From wine tasting to cooking lessons, from beautiful bike rides to exciting canoeing trips, you will leave the Luberon feeling mesmerised. Admiring the magnificent Provençal sunsets while sipping a glass of wine by the pool or from the summit of Mont Ventoux is something to remember for a lifetime.
