With its vintage-inspired furnishings and shabby chic elegance, this beautifully restored estate is a refined blend of rustic Provençal charm and understated luxury — designed for families and groups seeking both privacy and connection in one of Southern France’s most iconic regions.

Set on 11 private hectares, dotted with 800 olive trees, the property features three independent living spaces (with air conditioning throughout) and accommodates up to 17 guests in total comfort. It’s a perfect base for exploring Mont Ventoux, the Comtat Venaissin, and the nearby villages of Mazan, Bédoin, and Crillon-le-Brave.

The main house (500 m²)

A character-rich home with:

– 6 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms (4 ensuite)

– 2 sitting rooms, including one with a home-cinema setup

– A formal dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with Lacanche range cooker

– A scullery and cold room for seamless summer entertaining

The guest annexe

Bastide Apolline is located approximately 10 minutes from Carpentras and 35 minutes from Avignon TGV train station. The closest airport is Marseille Provence Airport, around 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car.

The neighbourhood

Just a short drive away, the village of Mazan welcomes you with its charming squares, local cafés, and weekly Provençal market on Wednesday mornings. Nestled at the foot of Mont Ventoux, this lesser-known gem offers easy access to scenic cycling routes, picturesque vineyards, and historic villages like Crillon-le-Brave, Bédoin, and Venasque.

The region is a paradise for nature lovers and wine enthusiasts, with the Mont Ventoux, Dentelles de Montmirail, Gorges de la Nesque  and Côtes du Ventoux vineyards all nearby. The antique shops of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue are just a 25-minute drive away.

Transport

We recommend travellers wishing to stay in this property to have a car. However, The Luberon Concierge can arrange to have guests picked up from the airport or the train station, and a chauffeur can be available upon request during their stay.

 

Cancelation policy

Cancellation Policy

This contract is binding from the date of signature and deposit payment. If the Owner does not receive the deposit within three days, this contract will be automatically cancelled.

If the Main Guest wishes to cancel this contract, they must inform the Owner immediately in writing. The 30% deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by the Owner.

If the Main Guest cancels less than 30 days before the arrival date, all amounts paid by the Main Guest will be retained by the Owner, except for the security deposit.

In the unlikely event that the Owner must cancel this contract if unforeseeable circumstances or Force Majeure make enjoyment of the property impossible, the Owner will refund the Main Guest the total amount paid for the reservation. No compensation will be granted.
