Description
The main farmhouse hosts four elegant suites, while the annexe, tucked away in the rear garden, offers three additional suites. This configuration comfortably accommodates 6 to 18 guests. All suites are air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms.
The kitchen features a spacious American-style refrigerator and a dedicated wine cellar.
Inside the house, there are several entertainment areas:

- Games room with board games
- Smart TV, DVD/Blu-ray, Xbox
- Sports equipment (boules, badminton, tennis rackets, etc.)
The optimal dining experience unfolds outdoors at the front of the house under the majestic plane tree or in the delightful BBQ space at the rear, equipped with two sizable charcoal BBQs, one exclusively for non-meat options. A smaller dining space by the pool is also available. There is a boules court near the front gate.
By the large heated pool, guests will find loungers, a pool kitchen (with sink and fridge), an outdoor shower, and a lounge area.
A stone staircase ascending to the land behind marks the start of the pathway to the village, offering a pleasant, secure walking route. Illuminated lights provide guidance at night.

Situated approximately 45 minutes from Avignon TGV train station and less than an hour from Marseille airport, the farmhouse enjoys convenient accessibility.

The Luberon Concierge is also available to organise activities, wine tastings at local wineries, in-home services (private chef, massage sessions, etc.), or any other service.
The neighbourhood
Guests can walk to the charming village of Goult, home to delightful restaurants, a grocery store, a bakery, and a quintessential French village square where visitors can immerse themselves in the bohemian atmosphere and watch the local lifestyle.
With its meandering cobblestone streets, its historic windmill and stunning views of the Luberon Valley, Goult invites visitors to savour the essence of Provence in a tranquil and enchanting setting. The outdoor market is held on Thursday mornings from April to September.
The famous village of Gordes, voted “Most Beautiful Village in the World” by Travel & Leisure Magazine, is a 12-minute drive away.
Transport
Private parking for 6 cars. We recommend travellers wishing to stay in this property to have a car. However, The Luberon Concierge can arrange to have guests picked up from the airport or the train station, and a chauffeur can be available upon request during their stay.

- 30% cancellation fee up to 365 days before arrival
- 100% cancellation fee up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
This contract is binding from the date of signature and deposit payment. If the Owner does not receive the deposit within three days, this contract will be automatically cancelled.
If the Main Guest wishes to cancel this contract, they must inform the Owner immediately in writing. The 30% deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by the Owner.
If the Main Guest cancels less than 30 days before the arrival date, all amounts paid by the Main Guest will be retained by the Owner, except for the security deposit.
In the unlikely event that the Owner must cancel this contract if unforeseeable circumstances or Force Majeure make enjoyment of the property impossible, the Owner will refund the Main Guest the total amount paid for the reservation. No compensation will be granted.
