The kitchen is both stylish and practical, built around a central island that quickly becomes the heart of the home—whether for breakfast, cooking together, or lingering over a glass of wine. It flows into the dining and living areas, where a fireplace, home cinema, and carefully selected furnishings create a relaxed, welcoming setting.
With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and air conditioning throughout, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
The layout offers privacy and flexibility for families and groups.
Lower Level
The Master suite boasts a desk area, a walk-in dressing room, a separate WC, and a spacious bathroom with a sauna, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub for two. Just outside the bedroom is an outdoor shower with views of the countryside.
On the same level, a king-size bedroom shares a shower room with a bedroom featuring high-quality bunk beds.
All bedrooms enjoy direct terrace access.
Upper Level
Upstairs, guests will find two en-suite bedrooms, a TV lounge and a games area with a sofa bed for two additional guests.
Each room is designed as a calm, comfortable retreat.
Outdoor Living & Pool Area
The majestic oak trees provide natural shade throughout the property.
Several terraces follow the rhythm of the day: morning coffee in the sun, shaded lunches, late-afternoon pétanque, and sunset aperitifs overlooking the hills.
The redesigned pool area is a highlight, with the swimming pool (heated from April to October), of course, but also a pool house with a fully equipped summer kitchen, a lava-stone grill and Lacanche plancha, a large dining table and outdoor lounge, and an OFYR fire pit and plancha.
A year-round jacuzzi completes the setting.
A SONOS system throughout the house allows you to set the mood wherever you are.

The property is approximately 40 kilometres from Avignon and 75 kilometres from Aix-en-Provence. The nearest airport is Marseille Provence Airport, and the closest train station is Avignon TGV.

Private parking for up to 6 cars. Electric vehicle charging available (€100 per vehicle per week).
We recommend that travellers who wish to stay at this property have a car. However, we can arrange for guests to be picked up from the airport or train station, and a chauffeur can be available upon request during their stay.

- 30% cancellation fee up to 365 days before arrival
- 100% cancellation fee up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
This contract is binding from the date of signature and deposit payment. If the Owner does not receive the deposit within three days, this contract will be automatically cancelled.
If the Main Guest wishes to cancel this contract, they must inform the Owner immediately in writing. The 30% deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by the Owner.
If the Main Guest cancels less than 30 days before the arrival date, all amounts paid by the Main Guest will be retained by the Owner, except for the security deposit.
In the unlikely event that the Owner must cancel this contract if unforeseeable circumstances or Force Majeure make enjoyment of the property impossible, the Owner will refund the Main Guest the total amount paid for the reservation. No compensation will be granted.
