On the ground floor, an ensuite bedroom accessible from the large living room opens onto the garden. On the other side of the building, two other bedrooms with bathrooms also have access to the garden.
On the first floor, served by 3 different staircases, 4 bedrooms open onto the magnificent terrace with views of Ménerbes.
The master suite has independent access from the dining room. At the top of the staircase is a private bathroom with a bathtub. A few steps down, the large bedroom with a walk-in dressing room.
The two other staircases accessible from the large entrance hall lead to :
– A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace.
– A nursery with a cot. This room shares its bathroom with a double bedroom, which opens onto the terrace and also has a private balcony with an outdoor bathtub.
– A large bedroom with two single beds, a daybed, and an ensuite bathroom. It also has access to the terrace.

The property and the village of Ménerbes are approximately 50 kilometres from Avignon and 60 kilometres from Aix-en-Provence. The nearest airport is Marseille Provence Airport. The nearest train station is Avignon TGV.

The property is peacefully located at the end of a private road, on an enclosed plot surrounded by nature, only a 5-minute drive from the hilltop village of Ménerbes.
Ménerbes is a perched village that boasts traditional French architecture, with its stone houses and narrow cobblestone streets. Stunning landscapes of vineyards, olive groves, and fields of lavender surround the village. There are a number of restaurants, shops and cafes in Ménerbes, which we will happily guide you to upon request.

Transport
We recommend that travellers who wish to stay at this property have a car. However, The Luberon Concierge can arrange to have guests picked up from the airport or the train station, and a chauffeur can be available upon request during their stay.

- 30% cancellation fee up to 365 days before arrival
- 100% cancellation fee up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
This contract is binding from the date of signature and deposit payment. If the Owner does not receive the deposit within three days, this contract will be automatically cancelled.
If the Main Guest wishes to cancel this contract, they must inform the Owner immediately in writing. The 30% deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by the Owner.
If the Main Guest cancels less than 30 days before the arrival date, all amounts paid by the Main Guest will be retained by the Owner, except for the security deposit.
In the unlikely event that the Owner must cancel this contract if unforeseeable circumstances or Force Majeure make enjoyment of the property impossible, the Owner will refund the Main Guest the total amount paid for the reservation. No compensation will be granted.
