Maison Astrée can accommodate up to 14 guests in its seven unique suites, each thoughtfully decorated, with independent air conditioning and private ensuite bathrooms to ensure the utmost comfort and privacy.
In the right wing, a relaxation area with an elegant pool table invites you to unwind, while a ground floor bedroom offers convenience for those who prefer to avoid stairs. This room features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC. Direct access to the courtyard allows you to step outside and enjoy the fresh air as soon as you wake up.
A cosy TV lounge, complete with plush armchairs and a fireplace for those who enjoy a crackling fire, provides the perfect spot to curl up with a good movie or simply relax after a day of exploring the charming villages of the Luberon. Next to it, the main living room is spacious and light, with two large sofas and a chaise longue surrounding a grand fireplace. A sunroom brings the outdoors in, doubling as a creative space for budding artists. Further along, the dining room beckons with its large table and stunning views of the inner courtyard, perfect for lively meals with friends and family.
The kitchen is the true heart of the home, designed with food lovers in mind. Its expansive central island has an induction hob, two ovens for gourmet feasts, two refrigerators, a Thermomix, and a wine cooler for savouring the region’s finest wines. The breathtaking view of the Luberon hills through the kitchen’s large windows makes every meal preparation a joy.
Four bedrooms are accessed via the staircase in the right wing. On the first floor, one bedroom offers a king-size bed, a television, a bathtub, a stylish sink, and a private WC, providing a serene and luxurious retreat. Another bedroom on this floor also features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC.
On the second floor, another double bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom includes two comfortable armchairs, making it the perfect private retreat. Opposite, the children’s room features four single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower, and WC.
Two additional bedrooms in the other wing of the house are each accessed by their independent staircase, ensuring extra privacy. One of these rooms offers breathtaking views of the gardens and access to a large terrace overlooking the pool and the Luberon hills. It features a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, double sinks, a WC, and large built-in wardrobes. The second room includes a king-size bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower, and WC.
The outdoor spaces offer a tranquil retreat for everyone to relax or explore. With its elegant fountain, the charming stone courtyard gently guides you towards the heated pool. Its soft curves and shallow “beach” area make it a favourite spot for children and adults, whether you want to play, sunbathe, or cool off. Comfortable loungers under the shade of parasols invite you to spend lazy afternoons, perhaps after an invigorating session of aqua-biking in the pool.
A large outdoor dining area beneath the cool shade of the trees can seat up to 14 guests, providing the perfect setting for unforgettable meals. Closer to the house, a shaded terrace with a pergola offers another delightful spot for simple, relaxed dining while admiring the view of the gardens.
Two cosy summer lounges await, with plush sofas where you can retreat from the sun with a glass of wine or enjoy a friendly game of ping-pong. The barbecue is ready for al fresco dining, followed by a game of pétanque on the illuminated boules court as the evening unfolds.

The property and the village of Oppède are approximately 40 kilometres from Avignon and 75 kilometres from Aix-en-Provence. The nearest airport is Marseille Provence Airport, and the closest train station is Avignon TGV.

The neighborhood
The villa is located about one kilometre from the centre of Oppède, a charming village divided into two parts. The newer section lies in the valley, while the historic Oppède-le-Vieux, perched on a rocky hillside, offers a glimpse into the past with its ancient ruins and cobblestone streets. In Oppède, you’ll find a grocery store, bakery, post office, and a couple of restaurants. Gordes, recently named “Most Beautiful Village in the World” by Travel & Leisure Magazine, is just a short drive away.
Getting around
Private parking for up to 10 cars. We recommend that travellers who wish to stay at this property have a car. However, we can arrange for guests to be picked up from the airport or train station, and a chauffeur can be available upon request during their stay.

- 30% cancellation fee up to 365 days before arrival
- 100% cancellation fee up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
This contract is binding from the date of signature and deposit payment. If the Owner does not receive the deposit within three days, this contract will be automatically cancelled.
If the Main Guest wishes to cancel this contract, they must inform the Owner immediately in writing. The 30% deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by the Owner.
If the Main Guest cancels less than 30 days before the arrival date, all amounts paid by the Main Guest will be retained by the Owner, except for the security deposit.
In the unlikely event that the Owner must cancel this contract if unforeseeable circumstances or Force Majeure make enjoyment of the property impossible, the Owner will refund the Main Guest the total amount paid for the reservation. No compensation will be granted.
